My name is Kem Ravuth. I am 43 years old. I am the principal of Roka Primary School in Kompong Thom province for ten years now. It is the challenge to take responsibility for educating children nowadays. As many students involve with drug and all kind of new technology_ they do not listen to parents and teachers. They use hand phone at school and access to website every where through telephone. It is very hard to give them advice and instruction. But thank you to the Christian’s group called “CCMC” for coming to perform puppet at my school. The story about the lost son is really helpful for our students because through the story, students enjoy watching and the summary at the conclusion make them known that the result of disobeying lead them into destruction. I like this story so much and I wish CCMC’s team could come to perform puppet two or three times per year at my school.

It is important that we be changed and motivated to share our faith by the mind and heart of Jesus at the Anlong Kanhchos Primary School, Brolay Meas communce, Kompong Leang district, Kompong Chhnang province. The best way to do that is to have Scripture at the heart of our lives. Witnessing is always more effective when we talk to God before we talk to people. As the bible said In John 5:24

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life”. We thank God There were 300 people who hearing God’s Word.

Recently, LHM Cambodia has conducted Youth Program 4 times.

1)- At Chak Chrok village

2)- 2)- At Downtown Sport Club in Phnom Penh

3)- At Imperial Sport Club in Phnom Penh

4)- At New Hope Dong Preng in Sihanouk Ville.

The purpose of the Youth Program is to provide the youths the Christian guidance for godly decision makings in their lives. This program educates youth with the Christian perspective on the dangers of illegal drug use and alcoholism, the impact of negative lifestyles and the effects of social forces. Our youth program is to be held in every week with the participation of the young workers from the garment factories, young people from villages, and dormitory students. The total number of participants in the program is 168 people. We praise God for all the volunteers who help inviting those young people for the gathering and to hear the Gospel of Jesus. Amen!

Recently, LHM Cambodia made film show program at Sroyov Chueng village of Kompong Thom province. The tittle of this story is “The Last Flying”, It is about a man named Dane Hugun who rejected God and His servant for many years but at last by the power of His love Mr. Dan Hugun prayed and accept God as his Lord and Savior. Thank you Lord his message of hope to the people at there.

Recently, LHM Cambodia has conducted the team to performed Puppet at two schools:

1- Roka Primary School

2- Thnol Bek Primary School in Kompong Thom province. We had performed the Prodigal Son in Luke15:11-32.

It is hard to understand their reasoning. Perhaps they are reading the story too literally: loving human father forgives desperate human son. The End.

In such a case, the mission worker must explain that this parable (among others) is an allegory. It is a story that explains the great divine truth, namely:

the Father in heaven, sending the son, who is God incarnate, who assumes the humiliating position as a human in order to passionately go out and seek and save those who were lost, and bring them into reconciliation and sonship once again.

In any event, the conclusion about the Prodigal Son remains the same. What Christians Want to Know puts it like this:

Perhaps He is pursuing you now.  If you are reading this, He has either sought you and bought you or He is seeking you now, you who are lost.  It is time to come to the Father through Jesus Christ today, as John 14:6 says, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”  Will you come today?Let us pray the answer is yes.

Thank God for opening the hearts of the principals of the two schools to allow us to present Christ to the students in their schools. Amen!

My name is Phin Sokhon. I am 37 years old. I am married with two children (an 8 years old boy and a 6 years old girld). My wife and I serve the Promised Land Church for seven years now in Kompong Thom province. I am so thankful to the Lord that He has sent Mr. Tuy Heng to see me for parnership to preach the Gospel in my areas. I am now working in Sombo village, Sombo commune, Brasad sombo district, Kompong Thom province. I really believe in the Word of God as I have experienced myself in 2002 when my aunt told me the Gospel and invited me to the church in that time. That is why I became the servant of God now. And I want every one to hear the Gospel and become the believers like me too. Brasad sombo is a big place, I cannot do all the evangelism by myself, I need people to work with me. Now I know that CCMC is an outreach organization doing many kind of programs as Puppet Show, Film Show, Youth Events with local church, Evangelism Training Workshop and BCC program which is fitted with my needs in these surrounding areas. Proud to have CCMC and praise God for leading me to know Mr. Tuy Heng.
